Warehouse Operative
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Position Type: Ongoing Temporary

Hours: 40 hours per week
- Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
Due to increased demand, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly team in Maidstone, Kent. This is an ongoing temporary role offering consistent hours and a varied workload.
This position plays an important part in ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time, so attention to detail and pride in your work are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Order picking and packing using pick sheets
- Preparing orders for dispatch while maintaining high accuracy
- Carrying out light assembly of components
- Quality checking products before dispatch
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A full, clean driving licence
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and use initiative
- Strong awareness of health and safety in the workplace
- Flexibility and willingness to support the wider team
Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
