Vehicle Mechanic
£25k - £42k DOE + Bonus/incentives

Monday – Friday
My client is looking for Vehicle Mechanics to join their growing team. With multiple positions open, they are looking for both experienced level 3 qualified technicians, as well as considering more junior candidates who may only be level 2 qualified.
Duties include:
- Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a range of vehicles
- Performing MOT tests to the highest safety and compliance standards
- Conducting diagnostic fault-finding using the latest tools and technology
- Working efficiently to meet workshop targets while maintaining exceptional quality
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the business professionally
- Any other duties required
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Level 3 Vehicle Mechanics qualified (will also consider those who only have a level 2 qualification)
- MOT Tester licence (or willingness to gain one)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Main dealer experience is highly desirable but not essential
- A passion for high standards and continuous improvement
