Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls only – no outbound cold calling.
- Sell and customise large travel and holiday packages.
- Negotiate best rates and exclusive deals with suppliers
- Manage client accounts and maintain long-term relationships
- Upsell extras (upgrades, tours, lounges) to enhance trips
- Deliver excellent service with professional phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve and exceed sales targets.
