Job Title: Solicitor - RTA and Credit Hire Specialist

An exciting opportunity has become available with my client, a leading Legal 500–recognised law firm based in London/Kent Border. They are seeking a driven and experienced qualified solicitor with expertise in RTA claims and/or credit hire litigation to join a well-respected firm as part of an ambitious growth plan.
Duties include:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury, RTA, and credit hire claims, both pre-litigation and litigation stages
- Prepare legal documents, including statements, pleadings, and other court filings
- Negotiate settlements and maintain regular communication with clients, insurers, and legal counsel
- Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, procedural rules, and professional standards
- Provide clients with clear, accurate, and commercially focused legal advice throughout the claims process
- Represent clients effectively in legal proceedings, delivering solutions aligned with their business or personal objectives
- Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and training as required
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong ability to build productive and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while staying self-motivated
- Effective case and workload management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with over 2 years PQE
- Solid experience in RTA and credit hire litigation
