The role will involve:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers including distributors, service partners, and end users.
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, relieving pressure from colleagues.
- Providing outstanding telephone support alongside efficient administrative support.
- Processing quotes, orders, returns, and invoices accurately.
- Following up on warm leads and outstanding quotes to help close sales.
- Identifying and executing upselling opportunities.
- Supporting internal teams including Customer Service, Fleet, and Field Sales.
- Maintaining accurate records across CRM and core systems.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a call centre/ customer service environment handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- A proactive, enthusiastic and driven approach.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
