Sales Support Administrator

Permanent role Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
My client, a global manufacturing business, is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their ever-growing team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a role that has been created due to continuous growth and the successful candidate will be joining a fantastic workforce!
This role would best suit somebody who is currently in a Sales role and looking to take a sidestep, or somebody who is currently in a Sales Support role looking for a new challenge!
Duties include:
- Providing pivotal administrative support to the Sales team to include;
- Diary management and booking meetings.
- Updating the CRM system (HubSpot) ensuring that up to date information is logged and recorded.
- Ensuring the website is updating with correct imagery and pricing.
- Logging tickets to update pricing and request samples.
- Working closely with the marketing team and assisting with marketing and sales material.
- Maintaining a strong product knowledge and advising customers on products.
- Managing customer complaints from start to resolution.
- Attending events, tradeshows and going to visiting clients on site when required.
To be considered for this role, you must have / be:
- Previous experience in a Sales/Sales Administration role would be a significant advantage.
- Proactive with a can-do attitude!
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills and proficient using Microsoft (Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Previous experience using HubSpot would be a strong advantage but is not essential.
