PWR are proud to be supporting an established organisation with a 'family feel' office based in West Kent, but with a global brand presence in their search for a Sales Administrator to join them, working full time.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to join a supportive company that values its employees and promotes a personal and professional growth.
Key duties include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all customers via phone or email, offering a warm and friendly service
- Accurate document and data management using SAP and Excel on a daily basis
- Supporting a Regional Sales Rep, working closely to support account management efforts and process orders
- Offering comprehensive administrative support
- Developing strong b2b customer relationships
- Proactive problem solving
- Ensuring seamless communication across the sales function and wider team
- Any other duties as required
Essential requirements:
- Solid experience working in a heavily administrative customer facing role supporting a sales function
- Sales order processing withing a business selling products to b2b customers
- A genuine passion for customer service
- The ability to keep calm under pressure
- Resilience and a good sense of humour!
- A meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work quickly under pressure
- Confident with Microsoft Office especially Excel - (SAP experience is a big plus)
- Problem solving skills
- A collaborative approach
