Our client is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support their busy office. You will be managing the full order process, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key duties:
• Process orders, raise invoices and manage customer accounts
• Respond to enquiries by phone and email in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and files
• Liaise with transport companies to arrange deliveries
• Support colleagues and suggest process improvements
What we’re looking for:
• Previous admin experience, ideally within a sales or customer service environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and record keeping
• Confident telephone manner
• IT skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
