Sales Account Manager – Luxury Care Homes | Cotswolds
I'm delighted to be working in partnership with a UK market leader in luxury care homes, supporting their continued national expansion.
As part of their strategic growth plan, they're now looking to appoint an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their high-performing team in the Cotswolds area.
This business operates over 30 premium care homes across the UK and is widely recognised for setting the benchmark in high-quality residential care. Their facilities offer exceptional lifestyle amenities including on-site swimming pools, cinemas, yoga classes, arts & crafts, and more.
The Role:
- Managing warm inbound enquiries – no cold calling
- Building rapport with potential residents and their families
- Conducting tours and promoting the lifestyle offering
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding journey
Ideal Background:
- Sales experience in real estate, care, or retirement living preferred – but not essential
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- A genuine interest in helping people make life-changing decisions
Location: Cotswolds and surrounding areas
Package:
- £40,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE of £70,000+
- Excellent commission structure
- Full training and support provided
