An exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Administrator to join a well-established team in a forward-thinking company, specialising within the Social Housing. This role is for a motivated individual with a good eye for detail and enthusiasm with solid customer services skills.
The role is within a team working alternating weekly shifts of 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm and one Saturday a month on a rota basis (9am-4pm).
A day in the life of a Property Administrator will include:
- Managing a portfolio of up to 1000 rental properties in line with regulations
- Working with internal and external teams to provide a high-quality service.
- Diagnosing and arranging maintenance orders with approved contractors
- Building and managing relationships with tenants, contractors, and landlords
- Managing escalated customer–related issues and provide key emergency support.
- Handling complaints in a professional manner
- General administrative tasks
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Previous experience in Property Maintenance
- Knowledge of internal housing and able to advise on works required.
- Able to work well independently as well as in a team.
- Hands on and not afraid to get their hands dirty when needed!
- Confident and with a can-do attitude
- Able to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
