The Role
You will work within a controlled process area preparing and inspecting components using a specialist dye penetrant inspection method. The role combines production, process work and quality inspection.
Responsibilities include:
- Process components through a staged surface treatment and inspection line
- Carry out penetrant inspection to detect surface defects and quality issues
- Work to technical specifications, timing controls and process standards
- Support commissioning of a newly installed processing line
- Maintain accurate process and production records
- Work closely with quality and production teams
The company will fully support you through formal external qualification training once established in the role.

Aerospace experience is not required — we are looking for attitude and aptitude.
