Production Operative
Maidstone (outskirts – driver with own transport essential)
C. £25000 - £26000 DOE
Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm (40 hours pw) with flexibility to work from 6.30am in busy periods.

Our client has an admirable staff retention rate, is looking for a full time, permanent Production Operative with a Forklift Licence.
As a Production Operative you will:
- Operate machinery and equipment efficiently to ensure smooth production processes.
- Work at height, in confined spaces and in an industrial manufacturing environment where temperatures can vary
- Need to carry materials and products up to 20kg independently
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.
To be considered for this Production Operative role, you will have:
- Relevant working experience in a similar environment
- A counterbalance forklift licence with experience – in-house or national considered
- A good level of physical fitness and strength – heavy lifting and stamina required
- A willingness to work at height and in confined spaces
- A track record of reliability and punctuality in a working environment
- Experience operating machinery
- A good level of common sense
- Basic maths skills
- A good attitude ‘muck in’ attitude
- A desire to progress within a company
