We are currently recruiting for 3 hardworking and reliable Production Operatives / FLT Drivers to join a growing team based at Sheerness Docks. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, full training, career progression, and overtime opportunities.

Location Information:
- Based in Sheerness, Kent
- Full training provided at the Canterbury depot (first few weeks – travel required)
- Immediate start available
Working Hours:
Hours are worked on a rota basis between:
06:00 – 18:00
Candidates must be flexible to cover 8.5-hour shifts within these operating hours.
Overtime is regularly available and paid at an enhanced hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moving products safely to storage locations on-site
- Reloading products onto HGV vehicles for delivery
- Unloading shipping containers and handling goods within the docks
- Operating FLTs and side loaders safely and efficiently
- Working within a busy production and logistics environment
- Following all health & safety procedures at all times
Full side-loader training will be provided for suitable candidates.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months’ FLT experience
- Valid FLT certification/evidence of training essential
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable with physical and hands-on work
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Willingness to undertake further training
Due to site requirements:
- A drug and alcohol test will be required during onboarding
- Candidates must have no criminal conviction
