Our client is seeking a highly experienced Private Client Partner to join their esteemed team in their London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented lawyer specialising in Trust and Tax to further their career within a well-renowned Legal 500 firm..
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the private client department with a focus on Wills and Probate matters.
- Advising clients on estate planning, inheritance, and probate procedures.
- Managing a caseload of complex private client work, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery.
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting the growth of the department.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster business development.
Candidate Profile:
- Significant experience in private client law, particularly in Wills & Probate.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Full legal qualification and a good standing within the legal profession.
- 10+ pqe
- Experience of managing junior members of staff
- Strong business development skills and a proven track record in developing new clients
- The firm work with a wide range of clients to include HNW individuals, NGO's, HNW families and a range of established clients.
