Our successful client are looking to recruit a Pensions Administrator to join their Chatham office on a temporary contract.
Reporting to the Section Leader your role will be to conduct administrative duties relating to pension, as well as providing a telephone help service to pension queries.
Your main duties would include:
- Provide accurate pension administration and respond to pensions related enquires.
- Respond to premium queries, changes and perform refunds as required.
- Provide answers to queries from tax and regulator enquiries.
- Deal with transfer enquiries and to current and estimated future value enquiries.
- Effectively process the setup of pensions and send out reminder letters, quote packs and ensure all correspondence is finalised and chased if required.
- Processing pension forthcoming maturity cases
- Effectively manage and process all pension claims.
- Respond to all immediate pension benefit enquiries.
- Process P45 / P46 tax notifications to HMRC.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong working knowledge of all pension administration tasks
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate to customers.
- Able to work to a high level of accuracy
- Able to work well under pressure
- Great customer skills and quality focused approach to work
- Be self-motivated
