Operations Administrator
North Kent
8.30 – 5pm Monday to Friday
£23,000 to £30,000 per annum DOE

A fantastic opportunity for an Operations Administrator has arisen for someone to join a well-established company, who operate within the Building Services sector, with a focus on Social Housing.
This role is super varied so if you are organised, love being busy and have a willingness to learn then carry on reading!
Duties for this busy Operations Administrator role include:
- Dealing with maintenance and repair issues from start to finish, liaising with residents and housing associations on a daily basis.
- Proactively offering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, developing excellent relationships.
- Ensuring responses are dealt with in line with contractual SLAs.
- Managing engineers’ diaries and scheduling planned work.
- Booking sub-contractors for work.
- Monitoring contractor and engineer performance, providing timely updates to all relevant parties.
- Invoicing; raising and signing off purchase orders.
- Other general duties such as ordering stock for the office, PPE, and uniforms etc.
The successful Scheduler will have/be:
- Experience within a Repairs and Maintenance administration role.
- Some knowledge of social housing processes.
- Confident in dealing with problems independently.
- A thick skin, with an awareness of the challenges in dealing with vulnerable people.
- A friendly, helpful personality.
- Experience working to SLAs and targets.
- Super organised with the ability to pre-empt any scheduling issues.
- Good knowledge of local geography.
- A meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team yet use initiative.
