My client is looking for a General Manager to join a highly reputable law firm with multiple offices who provide professional and tailored legal services to a diverse range of clients seeking advice and representation.
The General Manager role is a crucial part of the business, responsible for overseeing day-to-day office management. My client is seeking an exceptionally organised individual who can efficiently manage operations and ensure the smooth running of the office.
Duties include:
- Oversee general office management tasks, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Assist managers with audits, including data collection and reporting.
- Coordinate and resolve IT-related issues to maintain seamless workflow.
- Update and communicate with regulatory bodies as required
- Coordinate communications and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including scheduling, meetings, and general administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Legal background (desirable not essential)
