Monday – Friday 9.00 – 5.00pm
Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey into the world of administration? We are seeking and enthusiastic and motivated Office Assistant to join our client based in Chatham.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and excellent IT skills. Knowledge of the legal sector is also desirable.
Duties Include:
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- General administration
- Dealing with residential and commercial conveyancing quotes
- Being first point of contact providing 5-star customer service at all times
- Data entry
- Assisting internal colleagues on a as needed basis
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Experience in an office-based role
- Knowledge of conveyancing process beneficial but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
