(£36,000 – £40,000 base salary + shift allowance + annual bonus)

Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias looking for a role that offers strong earnings, long-term stability and real career progression?

You’ll become part of a friendly, experienced engineering function, supporting a busy production site where your skills directly contribute to safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.
The Role
- Electrical and mechanical fault-finding, maintenance and repairs
- Planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime
- Breakdown response in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Equipment installations and continuous improvement projects
- Dismantling, inspection and testing of components
- Close collaboration with production and technical teams
- Safe maintenance of tools and equipment
- Completion of maintenance records and technical documentation
About You
- Time-served engineer with Level 3, HNC or equivalent qualification
- Electrical bias (approx. 60/40) with 17th or 18th Edition
- Experience in food production or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Planned, reactive and project-based maintenance experience
- Hands-on knowledge of pumps, motors, steam systems, pneumatics and hydraulics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident using basic IT systems

- Shift allowance: £356.42 per month (£4,277.04 per annum)
- Annual bonus equivalent to one month’s salary (after 12 months’ service)
