Media Sales Executive

We're delighted to be representing a marketing leader and they are growing – fast. As part of their continued expansion, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Media Sales Executive to join their team and play a pivotal role in one of their industry-leading media platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and ambitious individual with across print, digital, and events. You’ll be joining a well-established, internationally recognised brand with big ambitions – and the support to match.
About the Role
We're seeking a natural business hunter – someone who loves uncovering new opportunities and thrives on winning new business. You’ll be a key player in growing their client base, working closely with senior leadership and editorial to develop and deliver compelling advertising solutions.
You'll need to be:
- Energetic, professional, and self-motivated
- Comfortable communicating with clients across phone, email, social media, and in-person
- A confident closer who brings creativity and innovation to the sales process
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business across print, digital, and event platforms
- Nurture and grow existing client relationships
- Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
- Present tailored proposals to clients with clarity and confidence
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client data
- Collaborate with directors and editorial teams on strategy
- Represent the brand at key industry events and exhibitions (including international travel)
- Contribute ideas, identify new revenue streams, and stay ahead of media trends
- Provide regular performance updates to the Group Sales Director
Who We’re Looking For
- Open to experience. Would look at a Grad or someone with 1 or 2 years sales experience
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, with the drive to succeed and exceed targets
- Based in or willing to commute to our Kent office (hybrid working may be considered)
- Willing to travel internationally for events and client meetings
What We Offer
- Basic salary: £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission – realistic OTE is £15,000
- Generous bonus structure (monthly, quarterly, and year-end incentives)
