Marketing Coordinator
12 Month FTC

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month rolling contract. This opportunity would suit a marketing professional with 2–5 years’ experience who is organised, personable, and confident building strong client relationships.
This is a varied and hands-on position supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, client communications, and events. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure marketing activity is delivered efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Coordinate and manage events (including logistics and supplier liaison)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage ongoing client communications
- Track and analyse campaign performance, including reporting via Google Analytics
- Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and materials
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Provide general marketing and administrative support
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience within a marketing role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident building and managing client relationships
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and professional approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (essential)
- Experience using Google Analytics
- Event coordination experience desirable
- Knowledge of Adobe or Canva advantageous but not essential
