Our well-established, global client working within the distribution industry are looking to onboard an ambitious and energetic Logistics Planner to join their already flourishing team in the US!

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for partners involved in repositioning containers, ensuring professional support and service delivery.
- Plan regional fleet movements via road, air, and ocean.
- Coordinate the repositioning of containers, organising the transfer of empty containers between ground handling stations or from customers.
- Communicate with trucking companies, airlines, and freight forwarders.
- Conduct demand planning.
- Analyse data and utilise logistics planning tools.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of systems and application software to provide high-level customer support.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of company guidelines, processes, practices, and procedures.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools for system and product troubleshooting.
- Manage both internal and external relationships actively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role
