The Role
Working as part of a friendly and supportive Engineering team, you will:
- Support the development and improvement of existing product lines through hands-on engineering work
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting and data analysis to ensure products meet quality and safety standards
- Prepare documentation and contribute to technical reports
- Assist in problem-solving activities and corrective action plans
- Collaborate with colleagues across design, production and quality to deliver innovative solutions
The Candidate
To be successful, you’ll need:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Biomedical Engineering or a related scientific/engineering discipline
- A keen eye for detail with good analytical and problem-solving ability
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with the confidence to share ideas and learn from others
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to grow and develop within an R&D environment
- The ability to travel when required (passport without restrictions is essential)
