IT Support Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Support Analyst with knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and DHCP as well as general Windows support to work as part of a team support around 200 users. The role will be to preform daily tasks, maintain systems and networks as well as working on low level projects.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Background working in IT support
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
- Experience of Windows Operating Systems
- Experience across the install, repair and upgrade of equipment
- Experience of working with an IT Ticketing System
