IT Support Analyst
We are looking for someone with experience of Active Directory, Windows Server, Anti-Virus and ideally Intune with maintenance of Laptops, mobile devices, printers and overall support to users. You will be working with a team to provide 1st-2nd line support to users, take ownership of asset management and provide an overall high quality support services across the business.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience working within an IT Support environment as part of a team, taking ownership of issues and seeing through to resolution.
- Active Directory, user set-up, password resets etc.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2019, Windows 10 and 11
- Experience of running backups, installing software and hardware, setting up mobile devices and laptops.
- Work on low level projects across the business, upgrades and migrations providing support through the transition process.
- Experience of Asset Management, inventory control of local IT assets.
