Inventory Handler

We’re recruiting for an Inventory Handler to join a small, close-knit materials team within a highly respected global manufacturer based in Kings Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of products through the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Picking and packing parts for internal departments and external customers
- Controlling stock levels and supporting with stock counts and replenishment
- Maintaining accurate digital and physical inventory records
- Assisting with version testing and ongoing process improvements
- Identifying bottlenecks and suggesting practical ways to make things more efficient
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional internal service
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a stock control, warehouse, or inventory environment
- Confident using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP systems)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- A proactive problem solver who enjoys improving systems and processes
- A strong team player with great communication skills
- Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet all day
