This is an exciting opportunity for a process driven, confident HR Administrator, who is looking to broaden their knowledge and experience within HR. This role will be working within the education sector, so a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain industry experience! With an immediate start in January, why not kick start the New Year with a new role!
Duties:
- Responsible for monitoring the HR inbox – corresponding and escalating where required.
- Assist with the preparation of recruitment material and on-boarding such as adding new starters to relevant systems, sending welcome emails, setting up accounts and liaising with all departments.
- Ensuring the HR database is up to date regarding starters, leavers and other staff changes and making sure the data is accurately input onto all Single Central Records.
- Support and participate in HR projects as and when required.
- Respond to internal and external HR inquiries and requests.
- Other general administration tasks.
The successful candidate will have:
- Organised and reliable with a high attention to detail.
- Strong administrative background.
- Strong computer skills with confidence to be able to pick up new systems.
- Good Microsoft office skills including excel.
- Good communication skills.
