Job Title: Housing Management Solicitor (Social Housing)
Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 (depending on level of experience)
Location: West Malling, Kent
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a top 50 law firm operating out of 23 locations across the UK. They have seen a significant level of growth as a result of a number of recent high-quality acquisitions as they are now looking to bolster their divisions with pragmatic and career driven legal professionals.
I am seeking a Housing Management Solicitor to join a new office in West Malling. You will join a growing environment, while being supported by a team on all matters of complexity. This role will work closely with one of the partners in the team but will require someone to be confident and experienced enough to handle work autonomously as much as possible at the same time.
The work will include the following but not limited to:
- Possession
- Anti-social behaviour
- Contested succession
- Injunctions
- ASBIs
- Closure cases
- Unlawful subletting/social housing fraud, abandonment and hoarding cases
- Disrepair and EPA 1980 work
The successful candidate will have/be:
- 2 – 5 years PQE in a Housing Management Solicitor position
- Experience working with local authorities and social housing providers, not tenant side
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- £50,000 - £75,000
