HGV Class 1 Wagon & Drag Driver

£17ph (standard rate) £20ph (overtime rate)

I’m currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Wagon & Drag Drivers on behalf of a well-established recycling company based in Gravesend.
The Role
- Operating wagon & drag (drawbar) vehicles
- Deliveries and collections across London and surrounding areas
- Working within the recycling / waste sector
- Ensuring safe and compliant driving at all times
- Managing paperwork and site procedures as required
Pay & Hours
- £17.00 per hour (standard rate)
- £20.00 per hour (overtime after 50 hours)
- Regular 55–60 hours per week available
- Plenty of ongoing work for drivers who want to maximise earnings
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Experience with wagon & drag / drawbar vehicles preferred
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph card
- Comfortable driving in and around London
- Drivers with more than 6 points on their licence will not be considered
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious
