X2 Helpdesk Administrators

My client is looking for X2 Helpdesk Administrators to join their growing team located in the heart of Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company with clear progression routes.

Details of this Helpdesk Administrator position include:
- Liaising with clients via email and telephone correspondence.
- Updating clients on the progress of their orders.
- Support the Sales Order team with updating customers on the progress of their invoices.
- Liaising with the Order Management team regarding stock levels.
- Support with raising Pos.
- Support with preparing invoices.
- Accurately logging calls from customers on the system.
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
To bag yourself an interview for this role you will have/be:
- Solid administration experience.
- Sales administration experience (desirable but not essential).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Organised and methodical.
