Head of Family - Partner (Permanent)
Location: London
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Head of Family - Partner to join their esteemed legal practice in London. This is a permanent position suited to a professional with a strong background in Family Law, demonstrating leadership and expertise within the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Family Law team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services.
- Provide strategic direction and oversee complex family law cases, including divorce, child arrangements, and financial settlements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert legal advice tailored to individual needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal standards and legislation.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a professional and productive working environment.
- Contribute to the growth and reputation of the firm through networking and business development activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Lawyer with substantial experience in Family Law, 10 pqe+ preferably at a Partner level or equivalent.
- Proven track record of managing a successful Family Law practice and leading a team.
- Excellent client relationship management skills with a proactive approach to legal problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of current family legislation and legal procedures.
- Ability to work autonomously and strategically in a fast-paced environment.
- The firm works with a range of clients to include SME's, HNW individual and families, and a wide range of entrepreneurs.
