Our well-established and reputable client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their busy team based on the outskirts of Sevenoaks.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Direct responsibility for a small team
- Continually review and improve financial standards and procedures
- Overseeing all aspects of Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control
- Weekly payment runs
- Monitoring staff expenses
- Providing support to the wider business from a financial perspective
- Liaising with various internal and external parties
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to establish strong and professional relationships
- Have the ability to manage, motivate and develop a team
- Have Excel skills to an advanced level
- Be able to drive and have access to a car due to the location
