A well-established aerospace manufacturer is looking for a detail-driven Final Inspector to join their production team. This is a key hire due to planned succession, offering long-term stability, specialist training, and genuine progression within a highly respected engineering environment.

The Role
Working at the final stage of production, you will ensure precision-engineered components meet strict quality and customer standards before dispatch. Accuracy and consistency are critical.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Inspect finished cast components against route cards, specifications and work instructions
- Identify surface or dimensional defects and confirm parts meet acceptance standards
- Carry out finishing activities where required prior to release
- Mark, pack and prepare components for dispatch
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records
- Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain standards
What We’re Looking For
We are open to candidates from any manufacturing, engineering or production background — aerospace experience is not essential.
You will need:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A methodical, quality-focused mindset
- Ability to follow technical instructions and inspection criteria
- Good reliability and team attitude
- Basic PC confidence for logging and records
