Support Engineer – Field Based
We are looking for someone who can support customers with technical issues across various customer sites covering the South East. You will need to have worked within a service environment with experience of Windows based IT Systems with any experience of Canon printers and franking machines a real advantage.
Full training on company products will be provided, as this is a field based role there will be a 17.5% uplift on offered salary and vehicle.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Background working in a service role providing support to clients.
- Ideally previous experience within a field-based role, although not essential.
- Knowledge of Windows based IT Systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills, this is a client facing role.
- Flexibility to travel across the Southeast, manage own diaries and work with clients to resolve technical issues.
- Responsible for providing training to clients on the use of products and deal with any documentation.
