We are currently supporting a well-established manufacturing business in the Medway area who are looking to add a reliable and hands-on Factory Operative to their production team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive manufacturing environment, working as part of a skilled team within a specialist production process.
The role is focused on supporting the production of wax components, operating machinery, and ensuring high-quality output in line with set standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating injection machinery
- Supporting production and related manufacturing processes
- Operating equipment including extrusion and cutting machinery
- Carrying out visual inspections and quality checks
- Preparing components for production
- Manual handling and general production duties
- Recording production data using touch-screen systems and completing job documentation accurately
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, physically active role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work to set procedures
- Team-focused with a positive and reliable attitude
