We’re looking for an EPD Engineer to join our clients growing Product team, this will play a key role in shaping products that make a genuine difference to people’s lives.
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll work across multiple departments, taking ownership of product improvements from idea to implementation. This is a chance to apply your technical expertise while influencing how products are built, used, and experienced around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Investigating and solving real-world product and manufacturing issues.
- Improving existing designs, building quick prototypes and validating updates before release.
- Delivering value engineering projects that reduce cost, improve quality and secure supply.
- Collaborating with Production to ensure right-first time builds at scale.
- Preparing clear technical packs, drawings and guides to support colleagues and customers.
What We’re Looking For
- SolidWorks proficiency with strong 2D drawing skills.
- Experience in sustaining/EPD engineering within electromechanical or building-product assemblies.
- Strong practical knowledge of materials and processes such as sheet metal, machining, coatings, joinery or glazing.
- Comfortable working hands-on with fixtures and prototypes.
- Good communicator who thrives on cross-functional teamwork and enjoys solving problems under pressure.
