Logistics coordinator - Exhibition
Hours - 9am - 5pm

An exciting, challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an outgoing, confident and organised individual who enjoys working within the Freight Forwarding and International Logistics industry.
This position combines both operations and sales responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys managing international logistics projects while also developing client relationships and supporting business growth.
Experience within Exhibition Freight would be highly advantageous.
Due to the nature of the role, some travel away from the office will be required, potentially for periods of up to two weeks at a time.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with new and existing clients to achieve sales growth against agreed targets.
- Assisting with quotations for freight tenders, overseas enquiries and logistics proposals.
- Inputting real-time data into CRM systems, including leads, opportunities and actions.
- Drafting and sending appropriate sales correspondence and completing follow-up calls.
- Developing relationships with global agents and maintaining approved vendor lists.
- Coordinating international and European logistics for exhibitions, events and private product launches.
- Providing on-site representation at exhibitions globally.
- Providing excellent levels of customer service throughout each project.
- Completing account administration, including quotations and invoicing.
- Managing budgets and controlling costs.
- Liaising closely with Business Development and Operations teams.
The Candidate
The successful candidate should have:
- Multi-modal freight forwarding experience.
- Previous sales experience.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- A strong track record of working to set timescales and deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to remain organised and effective under pressure.
- Events and exhibition experience.
- Previous experience using CRM systems.

Experience Required
A minimum of 3 years’ experience within Exhibition Logistics or Multi-Modal Freight Forwarding is required.
