An opportunity has arisen with a Legal 500 full service firm in London for an established employment partner or employment team to join this exciting firm.
The firm has offices in London, North West and the South and are experiencing a strong period of growth, alongside this they are keen to add to the team with an entrepreneurial employment partner/team.
The firm have a wide and varied client list from property firms, corporate and financial services, and HNW individuals. The work currently is 50/50 split between respondent and claimant work and the team are keen to add a more varied respondent client base to the team.
To be successful in this role you have gained experience from a City/West End or strong regional practice and have gained a track record in business development. A client following would be of interest, but not essential at this stage. Experience of managing more junior members of a team and developing their careers would be beneficial alongside knowledge of a wide range of employment work to include, TUPE, tribunal experience, contentious and non-contentious employment law and partnership and shareholder law.
