Employment Solicitor - 3-5 PQE
Location: London/West End
This is an opportunity to work directly with a recognised employment team, within a multiple award-winning practice named in Legal 500.
The role:
· You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, as well as assisting on matters.
· Advising and resolving board-level disagreements and pre and post exit agreements.
· Combined contentious and non-contentious work. 80/20 spilt in favour of respondent work.
The right person will have / be:
· A qualified and experienced employment lawyer with a client-centric mindset.
· A skilled communicator and team player, adept at building trust and rapport.
· Passionate about employment law and have a track record in business development and creating new clients.
· Experience of delivering first class outcomes to clients.
· Ambitious.
· Strong ambassadorial skills.
· c.3-5 years PQE preferred, but exceptional talent and enthusiasm are valued.
