Data and Compliance Coordinator
Mid Kent (fully office based)
Up to £28,000 DOE
Permanent full time role
A brand new role working for an established manufacturing business in Mid Kent. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be competent using Excel.
Duties include:
- Providing technical and compliance data on a vast range of around 6000 products.
- Ensuring that data is kept up to date and available to customers in a timely manner.
- Updating data captures.
- Updating the compliance matrix.
- Maintenance of compliance trackers providing evidential updates.
- Filing specification files, certificates, instructions and technical drawings.
- Dealing with high volumes of data and figures.
To be considered for this role, you must have/be:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills to include V Look Ups, Pivot Tables etc.
- Strong time management skills.
- A meticulous attention to detail.
