Our well-established, global client working within the distribution industry are looking to onboard an ambitious and energetic Customer Service Specialist to join their already flourishing team in the US!

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a professional and supportive service experience at all times.
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and service requests, including updates and modifications to existing orders.
- Evaluate and triage support queries, identifying priority issues and escalating more complex cases to the appropriate teams.
- Stay well-informed on internal systems and software applications to provide effective technical and process-related assistance.
- Foster strong working relationships with both clients and internal teams to support a smooth and collaborative service environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience within the logistics industry desirable
- Flexible and reliable with a good attitude
- Good time management
