Customer Support Engineer – Covering South East
We are looking for someone who has experience of working with customer support company products and resolving technical issues, provide customer training on products and act in a quick and professional manner to resolve queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical support and assistance to a large client base.
- Execute installations, upkeep, and repairs of equipment and systems.
- Swiftly troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal operational disruptions.
- Uphold superior customer service standards by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Foster effective collaboration with internal teams for seamless issue resolution.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients to optimize product utilization.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in field service or customer support roles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving intricate technical problems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, no more than 6 points.
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are a plus.
