Our client, a well-established and supportive business, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic role offering strong progression opportunities, and a positive working environment — with no weekend work.
Key duties include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for both B2B and B2C customers via phone and email
- Processing and chasing customer orders
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies and invoice queries
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer records
- Providing general administrative support to the Customer Service department
- Composing professional and well-written email responses
- Following internal processes to resolve customer queries effectively
- Collaborating with your team to meet deadlines and service standards
Essential Requirements:
- Previous customer service or office admin experience (not essential)
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- Confidence working as part of a team in a busy office environment
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
