Customer Relations Coordinator

Pearson Whiffin is proud to be representing one of Kent’s most sought after employers in their search for a Customer Relations Coordinator.
This is a key position, requiring a calm and customer-centric person, with a strong background in demonstrating exceptional service levels.
Duties for this role are varied, and include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for any customer relations matters
- Consistently delivering the highest standards of customer service
- Regularly and pro-actively updating the customer
- Managing expectations and working in line with company guidelines
- Problem solving
- Complaint handling in an effective, professional and service led manner
- Maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with various stakeholders internally and externally to ensure a seamless service
- Invoicing as required
- Any ad-hoc administrative duties
The ideal candidate for this role will have/be:
- Genuinely passionate about customer service
- Experience dealing with a HNW customer base
- Well educated, ideally to A Level standard or above
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate effectively
- A proven track record in a relevant customer service position
- Strong administrative skills, ideally gained in an office based environment
- Super organised, methodical and reliable
- Well presented with a great attitude and work ethic
