Customer Service Administrator – Temp to Perm
Mid Kent
£15 to £17 per hour DOE
37.5 hours per week
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client on a temp-to-perm basis.
Our client is seeking a candidate with prior experience in the housing, property development, or construction sectors, combined with strong customer service and administration skills.

Duties include:
- Handle incoming customer calls relating to property defects
- Accurately input data into the house builder's database
- Escalate significant issues to the Customer Service Manager as needed
- Generate and maintain weekly reports of outstanding defects for review with the Customer Service Manager
- Ensure timely responses to all queries in line with agreed Service Level Agreements
- General Administrative duties
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Proven ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Calm, personable, and professional demeanor
- Essential: Previous experience in the construction, housing, or property development sectors
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
