My globally-recognised client is looking for a Credit Controller to join their reputable organisation based in the Medway Towns.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts
- Proactively chasing overdue payments via all communication methods
- Ensuring outstanding payments are collected
- Ensuring accounts are reconciled and discrepancies are investigated
- Resolving any issues with unallocated payments or outstanding queries
- Maintaining accurate and up to date information on accounts
- Regularly liaising with internal teams and external parties
The successful candidate will:
- Have some previous Credit Control experience within a fast-paced environment
- Have great communication skills and excellent phone manner
- Have excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Possess the ability to work well as a team but also independently
