Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking to join a supportive, professional firm where you’ll feel genuinely valued?
We’re working with a highly respected local law firm who are looking to add a bright, organised Conveyancing Secretary to their friendly team.
You’ll be supporting a busy conveyancing department with a range of secretarial and administrative duties — helping to ensure that property transactions progress smoothly from instruction to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to the conveyancing team
- Preparing and typing correspondence, contracts and other legal documents
- Managing diaries, booking appointments and handling client calls
- Opening, closing and archiving client files
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors to progress matters
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within a residential conveyancing or broader legal secretarial role
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
