Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (dependant on experience)
Location: Tunbridge Wells
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client, an established and supportive law firm based in Tunbridge Wells. We are seeking a motivated and career driven solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join a growing Commercial Property team.
My client offers and highly collegiate, non-hierarchical, and open-minded way of working where you will be encouraged to establish and develop relationships with clients and other professionals as well as to find your own brand within the community in the Southeast.
Duties include:
- Advising on all aspects of Commercial Property Transactions including;
- Grant and Renewal of Commercial Leases
- Purchase and Sale of Investment Properties
- Commercial and Residential Development Property subject to Occupational Leases and Commercial Landlord and Tenant Development work
- Management of Commercial Property
- Commercial lending
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Experienced Commercial Property solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in a Commercial Property team
- Experience in a broad range of Commercial Property matters
- Strong technical and client management skills
- Personable, compassionate, and confident
Package:
- £40,000 - £60,000 (dependant on experience)
