CNC Miller
Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join our clients growing team in the Crayford, Kent area. This is a great opportunity for a skilled machinist looking for a stable, long-term role within a professional manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, operating and programming 3-axis CNC milling machines to manufacture high-quality precision components. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to work from engineering drawings to tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting, operating and programming 3-axis CNC milling machines
- Machining precision components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications
- Interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances
- Using a variety of inspection and measuring equipment to ensure product quality
- Selecting and working with appropriate cutting tools
- Ensuring work is carried out in line with company quality and health & safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a CNC Miller / CNC Machinist
- Experience with Heidenhain control systems would be advantageous
- Ability to set, operate and programme CNC milling machines
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Good knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes
