Responsibilities:
As their Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their sales strategy and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities and driving expansion.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts and drive overall company success.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for customers on CRM
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Analysing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously refine and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a successful Business Development Manager within rental/hire is needed. This could be anything within construction/facilities management
- Be within a commutable distance of London
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Be self autonomous and work well within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
Package for the Business Development Manager
- £50,000-£60,000 base with uncapped commission. Expected OTE north of £100,000
